Allow Reset All to Rest the Rotation - In the Position settings, the Reset All button doesn't reset all... missing Rotation

The Reset All button doesn't reset the button for 90 degree rotation. For example, if you click the button one for a clockwise 90 rotation, a 16:9 video will be rotated to look like a 9:16 video and clicking the Reset All button doesn't reset the rotation, it only resets the Rotate Slider value... which... WHY ARE THESE NOT THE SAME VALUE?!
