I have a Google sheet with the following sample data. Is it possible to dynamically place circles in GT Title Designer based on the X and Y coordinates from the data?

Code:
CircleX, CircleY, CircleR
500, 600, 30
1000, 1000, 50

you might write some application to mess with the .gtxml code of the title
