With vMix Replay inputs, you can not assign a non-live video input. This means that you can not save the settings window if ANY of the inputs are not streaming. This makes pre-show very difficult and in-show 'fixes or changes' impossible. Please remove this limitation or allow an override.

Hi,

I have removed the other feature requests as they are all essentially the same.
Note that the Output options in Replay are the supported way to bring in other types of inputs into replay (Mix, Flattened, different resolution etc) other than direct camera sources.

This is due to the encoding format of replay which must be CPU encoded.
There is also only a limited amount of outputs you can get back from the GPU without experiencing severe performance issues outside of the control of vMix.
This is why things are the way they are in vMix, and it's not technically possible at this stage to change this, but I have left this remaining feature request up for future discussion anyway.

Regards,

Martin

Outputs would be fine if you had the same amount of outputs as replay sources + 1 (to allow program to not be included)... Mixes is the same thing but they just don't get to that last mile workflow... so I don't see why all the benefits of Mixes is not being utilized. Using an output is very limiting in this context.
