Trying out the xKeys XK-68 Jog&Shuttle with vMix, and I'm having issues with the wheel. It only moves the play head when I "jiggle" or move the wheel, not when I hold it still in a position. It seems like vMix only reacts to actual midi-events sent from the controller. I used the default template, which doesn't match this controller, but the wheel controls should still be the same.
Am I missing something obvious here?

Re-opening this can of worms because I have an XKE-64 Jog Wheel that is running into that same issue, super janky jog that you have to wiggle in order to use at all.

I checked my MIDI note mapping and it's correct, and the effect that I'm setting to that function is "JumpFrames" or whatever the default is in the Template, but it's still not working properly. I tried adjusting the velocity note as the default just to see but nothing seems to be doing the trick.
