Hello, I have a strange problem and I can't find a starting point. I have a computer with vmix and cameras connected via NDI. After some time of not using it, the NDI image does not reach vmix (there is a black screen). When I check it through NDI Studio Monitor, the image is black. From the vmix computer I am able to access the camera through the browser and when I restart the camera, the image returns in a moment and is in vmix and in ndi monitor. And so from time to time. On the cisco switch I do not have any power saving enabled. mcam2 cameras. Did you have such a problem?

It seems the mcam2 belongs to multiCam Systems and seems to be more security style cam. At least from the screenshots I could find. Have you checked on the cam UI if there are any power saving options active.
If vMix and Studio monitor shows black it points more to the sorce than any other component. And if you restart the cam it brings the signal back. So def. the cam to check.
