It might be useful to explore the possibility of enhancing the Zoom Plugin by allowing vMix (in Client or Host mode) to share an existing Input, Output, or Mix as a screen share directly. If Zoom SDK supports this functionality, perhaps it could also be made accessible through the vMix API via scripting, REST, or TCP.
