Hello,

I use a Blackmagic ultimatte12 for our live production, but we use it only to generate the matte while the compositing is done in vMix.
I connect two outputs from the Ultimatte - PGM and MATTE - to the capture card and use them as camera inputs in the vMix. Then, I use the luma key feature to join them back together.
The issue is that sometimes, maybe due to some stress on the workstation CPU (which is handled separately), the MATTE input is suddenly delayed in a few frames, which causes a mismatch in the keying.
I checked the delay is happening in the vMix and not the Ultimatte.
So, considering using timecode to sync the camera inputs, I searched everywhere and understood that vMix doesn't support timecodes (??).

Does anyone have an idea how to solve this problem?
