I purchased a new 6K UltraHD Digital Camcorder which has a USB and Mini HDMI port. If I connect the camera USB to the computer USB, the computer displays the video fine in the Microsoft Camera App. If I connect the Mini HDMI to the computer HDMI, the image is displayed as well. But in either case vMIX will not see the camera. So, I purchased an HDMI to USB Video Capture adapter, and have tried connecting the camera that way, and vMIX still does not see the camera. What am I doing wrong?

I think I may have discovered my issue. The Video Capture Adapter that I purchased was an inexpensive brand and was not on your "compatibility list". I just ordered the Elgato Cam Link 4K and will receive and test it tomorrow.
