Hey all,
Recently updated to vmix28 for the new features. So far everything is working just fine but we're now unable to connect our Zoom account to the Zoom manager.
Has anyone else had this issue and able to give some pointers?
The web browser says it's logged in and to go back to vMix to continue, but the vMix interface shows no login.
Cheers

Hi,
This is not due to vMix 28. The Zoom login servers appear to be under heavy load at the moment and are taking a long time to respond to login requests for apps like vMix. Some login requests will work while others are taking a long time.
We will keep an eye on the issue and see if there is anything we can do to speed these requests up on our end.
Regards,
Martin vMix

Hey Martin,
Thanks for the heads up! Great to know we're not going crazy here for no reason..
Hopefully it resolves itself soon

Hi,
We've just released an emergency update for vMix 27 (27.0.0.91) and 28 (28.0.0.36) to increase timeouts to compensate for this issue. The problem appears to only impact some Zoom accounts at the moment, but for those affected this update will resolve things, albeit with much longer login/connection times.
Regards,
Martin vMix
