Hi. i've got a problem with my Vmix. when I'm streaming, at a certain random moment the vmix crashes. This happens every day and I dont know why.
I just checked my logs, and the error is this one:
System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object. en cm.s() en System.Threading.ExecutionContext.RunInternal(ExecutionContext executionContext, ContextCallback callback, Object state, Boolean preserveSyncCtx) en System.Threading.ExecutionContext.Run(ExecutionContext executionContext, ContextCallback callback, Object state, Boolean preserveSyncCtx) en System.Threading.ExecutionContext.Run(ExecutionContext executionContext, ContextCallback callback, Object state) en System.Threading.ThreadHelper.ThreadStart()
I read in some forums that could be the stream deck. But what can i do to fix it?

We’ve been using Vmix with Streamdecks on several systems over years and have never had a system crash. If you think your stream deck cause this, do the following.
change the usb port. Use a USB hub with an external power supply (maybe the voltage at the USB port drops) reinstall the Streamdeck software. do an update of the firmware. And as Doggy says, the easiest way to check, don’t use the streamdeck and see what happens.
Look for the error on Win in combination with your hardware components rather than in vmix.
I recommend contacting vmix support if errors like this occur. They can determine errors and help troubleshooting.

For those curious, the customer reached out to support and it appears to be a general faulty computer, as all apps are crashing, not just vMix. So not related to Streamdeck or anything. Could potentially be the stability issue on 13th/14th Gen Intel CPUs, but not confirmed at this stage.
