Virtual PTZ control with Birddog P4K problems

So we have three P4K's running over Sony Visca over IP - manual control of them using the PTZ control works fine.
However when we set virtual input positions when recalled the zoom is correct but the pan and tilt is always reset to the centre.
Any ideas?

Appreciate this is a bit of an oddball issue but seems to be related to just recalls - this is when setting up virtual inputs.
Doing manual PTZ control in the camera settings to get the initial position is fine, recalling presets over the Birddog keyboard and the NDI Studio Monitor app works fine it all breaks when doing the selection of the virtual cameras - this is via VISCA over IP. I should mention that one of the three is working as expected, the other two are the one's that aren't. All latest firmwares, latest vMix.
