We heavily rely on vMix Call for our productions. This tool in general is working fine and is reliable.
A downside of vMix Call for us is the basic setup of microphone and webcam on the callers side:
Before every single livestream, we have to test connection and setup with every single caller, which takes a lot of time.
From our point of view, it would make sense, if vMix would provide a test server / test link, similar to Skype Echo, so that callers at least can test their setup on their own, before dialing in to us. It would be great, if people would be able to connect to some test link where they see their own picture and hear their sound just to make sure for them, that everything on their side is up and running before they come to us.

Can you implement some service like this ?

Well, that's a nice tool, but as this is hosted on a completely different server, it will not make sure, that the settings for the vMix Call server are correct, especially the permissions to use the camera and microphone, as well as the associated settings, are not carried over to the vMix server link and must be configured there again.
I was already thinking just to leave vMix running 24/7, so that callers can just use Link provided to them for testing, but as their microphone is mix minus, they won't hear themselves... Not to mention the enormus energy cost and other problems, to let the high power workstation turned on every day of the week... I would setup a virtual machine on the servers for this, but as there is the activation limit for licenses to only 2 computers, I rather prefer to use these on the studio workstation and on a mobile laptop, instead of wasting 700 USD license just for vMix Call tests...
