If I rename a video call in vMix as an administrator, there is no connection anymore when I open vMix sometime later

What are you referring to, in both cases?
There's no "Rename call as Administrator" option in vMix or Windows. Do you mean running vMix as an administrator?
If that's the case, does the issue persist if you run it normally?
And what do you mean there's no connection later? What happens when someone tries to connect?

As administrator I make a video call and send the link to the guest. For convenience (because there are more guests) I rename the call in 'General' to the name with whom I am going to speak. Later he or she logs in, with the link and sees an empty screen with her picture, but there is no connection to my admin panel. I do not see or hear her. Only when I send the details of a video call, she appears in the new video call.

As previously stated, that's not a thing. There are no "administrator" actions within vMix. I do not know what you mean by this and restating it does not make it any clearer. Does it work when you don't rename the Call? And what, if anything, is happening in vMix between when you send the link and the "later" when they open it? Are you keeping it running exactly as it was? Closing it? Closing the inputs?

Maybe another approach would be to create a vMix file with all the calls you need and save it. When you nned one of the calls in the actual session you open the call file you saved earlier and tick the call you need and click on append (not open). This will just add the call with the same PW like you saved it to your actual session without destroying your other shots.
This way you could keep the sessions simple and convenient.
