My Outputs 2-4 were previously set to Inputs 1-3.

That's persisted through multiple version updates at this point, without issue.

With v28, that's not the case.

I tried importing my most recent global settings .config file (from v27, naturally), and, while it changed some things (such as disabling Telestrator), it did nothing here.

In the GUI, all are shown as set to "Output":



In the API, Outputs 2-4 are shown as set to "source="30"/>". (By contrast, Output 1, which looks the same in the GUI as being set to "Output", is listed in the API as "<output type="output" number="1" source="Output"/>":



In practice, when I pull them up via NDI, Output 1 behaves as expected & the rest show only black until I manually change them back to Inputs 1-3 (at which point, they also behave as expected and report accordingly in the API).

This is the case within existing preset files and just opening the program in general.

I figured it was due to something like that.

It took me a bit to even realize that was the problem, so hopefully it can be fixed before release.

The discrepancy between what the GUI says it's set to and what it's actually set to is another issue here though.

I'm not sure what "source=30" is meant to convey, but it seems to mean "Nothing' or "Disabled" or something along those lines.

Even if the adjustment for accommodating prior presets can't be achieved, the GUI should reflect the same status as the API and both should reflect the actual behavior. That's not the case here.
