Can anybody tell me what the difference in bitrate is between LQ, SQ, and HQ in the record quality settings? Or even what the difference is between the 3 settings? Somebody once told me that the LQ recorded somewhere between 0-25mbps, SQ was 25-75mbps, and HQ was 75 and above, but I can't seem find that info anywhere. The user guide doesn't even show the option to change the quality settings.

Wow I feel dumb now. Not once have I even looked at that and have it register in my mind that that is where the info is. Thanks!
