I have an issue with a laptop where I see my NDI inputs from other PCs, but when I bring them in , they only show a Blank screen, no image. Can anyone help me with this issue..

I've run into this recently and there's a post on here where it was suggested to install the latest NDI Tools, then go into Access Manager and define the sources by IP. I also replaced the NDI runtime with the one in the latest NDI tools. There's a procedure documented in the knowledgebase section on NDI on how to do that part. It fixed my problem.
