Problema con Capturadora conexión USB-C - Capturadora se pega, se congela en vmix

Hola todos, favor si pueden ayudarme tengo instalado la última versión del VMIX 27.0.0.85
y tengo problemas con las 02 capturadoras; una EZCAP 316 y 1 Ugreen y ambas me pasan lo mismo se congelan pierden la señal,
las conecto y andan fluido y luego de un par de minutos se congelan y tengo que dar reset y vuelven a funcionar pero duran un rato y vuelven a congelarse,
tengo un notebook Asus ROG Strix SCAR 17 X3D , es AMD procesador Ryzen con Windows 11 Pro version 24H2. con todas las actualizaciones al día.
el problema será que es AMD?... quedo atento alguna sugerencia o ayuda muchas gracias, saludos!!

Not all capture devices are supported by vMix.
If your devices are not listed on the Supported Hardware page, then there is a good chance it won't work very well with vMix:
