Hi, I need some help. I have a 2 sets of computers. vMix is installed on my PC. Zoom is installed on my iMac. I have installed both NDI and the Elgato Capture cards. I am trying to bring the vMix output which is generated on PC, over to the Zoom which is installed on iMac. Neither seems working now. (A) using Elgato Card. I am using a Elgato Game Capture Neo which is on the list of supported hardware. And when trying to set up set up external capture card. I could find the card on the device list. (B) using NDI. I can see the PC is brought over by NDI Virtual Input But I do not see the NDI video in the list of camera feed. Please advise. Many thanks in advance. Jing

For (A), you would have to use the Elgato device on your Mac. Your output would come through the GPU (HDMI) of your vMix PC. Look for Fullscreen output. You would also have to set an Audio Output to the HDMI output of your GPU. For (B), look here: https://docs.ndi.video/f...ools-as-a-virtual-camera

Un-fortunatelly the hdmi out in the elgato neo is passthrough and not real external out so there is not way to appear as external out in vmix

Except blackmagicdesign cards I see for example the AJA but too expensive. From elgato don't know if exists any model that does real external and not Pass through and also see this Originally Posted by: dmwkr For (A), you would have to use the Elgato device on your Mac. For (B), look here: https://docs.ndi.video/f...ools-as-a-virtual-camera Even if you have a card that can do external out properly, you need the elgato card or other input capture card to be installed in your mac. So you will have a hdmi out cable from your pc external card that will go as hdmi in to your mac via the elgato. Or you can try to do the hdmi out from your GPU as fullscreen from vmix and then hdmi in to your mac if in your mac you have a hdmi in capture card And for NDI this seems to be a bul..it apple thing. Did you try what the link says?

@ gujingc Most of the capture devices listed on the vMix Supported Hardware page are for ingesting. Only those specifically listed as I/O, In/Out or Output are supported for External Output from vMix. Ice
