I am in trouble.
When encoding from Vmix to RTMP, the master frame rate is 29.97 fps, but the FFMPEG and RTMP servers are getting the metadata that the frame rate is 60 fps.
This causes FFMEG to encode at only half the expected bit rate.
The same behavior occurs not only with FFMPEG, but also with FFMPEG2 and FFMPEG6.

I would hope that if the master frame rate is 29.97 fps, both FFMPEG and metadata will correctly convey 29.97 fps and encode exactly the desired bit rate.

Hi,

Please be advised this is not a bug, rather it appears you have misconfigured the frame rate in vMix Settings.
1. Go to Settings
2. Go to External Output
3. Tick the box "Use streaming settings"
4. Change the Frame Rate to match the rest of your vMix production.
5. Restart vMix
6. The stream frame rate will now match the rest of vMix.

Thanks admin for your quick reply.
I have checked and applied the settings you noted.
That solved the problem as well.

Thank you very much for your help.

If you can, do you have a diagram of the video signal diagram, as I can't figure out the relationship between the order of video processing and the settings in the manual alone.
