Hello everyone, I'm currently facing an issue with my vMix setup and could really use some help from the community. The image from my Telycam TLC-300-U3-12 cameras is coming out unclear, unfocused, and foggy. I've tried adjusting various settings in vMix and the cameras, but nothing seems to improve the quality. If anyone can help me with vMix and the cameras, I would greatly appreciate your advice. I'm also willing to pay for a consultation if someone can offer more hands-on assistance. Looks like that's a USB camera. What does the image look like when you use the camera in a different program like Skype or Zoom?
My guess is that the camera settings need to be adjusted, but you'll need to reference the manual for that.
