I do live streams at my church and I’m having problems with drops in vMix when trying to stream in 1080p.

We use 4 iPhones, and we just reviewed the internet connection, which has 350mb upload.

Still, the live streams, whether at 1080p sending 10mbps or 1080p at 6mbps, cause vMix to drop, working normally only at 720p.

I used OBS and had no problems, but I need the features of vMix, so I can't switch.

I don’t know what might be causing these drops; I’ve heard it could be due to other signals like 4G/5G networks and nearby Wi-Fi networks, but I’m not sure if that’s the case.

I’m new here, I don’t know that much about these things, and my English is not the best, so I’d appreciate it if you could keep it as simple as possible.
