We are trying to improve our production with some new transitions/stingers. New and fresh stingers require Matte Tracking which is not available in Vmix. (But it is available in OBS)
This would be a much needed feature for us and hopefully many others.

I have done luma wipes like that but I've found doing full stingers with a mask and a foreground element to the stinger, like the original post, to not be feasible.

If you have the mask and foreground as separate videos then I've found, even triggering them both from a script, there weren't always perfectly in time.

If you use a side by side video, like OBS uses (https://obsproject.com/wiki/Getting-Started-With-Track-Matte-Stinger-Transitions), you go though a lot of extra steps to separate them - probably more feasible now there are more mix inputs, but still messy.

The workarounds show vMix has the capability to do it, so making it user friendly would be a good feature.

This is a very useful feature! Stingers with track matte will be much cooler than regular flyouts
