It allows you to remove your background without requiring a green screen. You can add any background that you have available and blur it if you need to. I normally am in studio with a green screen but on occasion, I am traveling and this feature would enhance my weather videos while on the road. I did purchase VCam and it does work well as another camera within vMix but I am suggesting that vMix add this as another feature from within the program. You do not have to have a special camera for this to work, any camera or webcam will do.

The SDK takes advantage of the Tensor cores, so its not tapping the resources of the CUDA cores which is handling most everything else in vMix. https://developer.nvidia...-broadcast-engine#vfxsdk

If a users vmix computer can't support it then they shouldn't use it. But many of us have high performance rigs and can do it.
