I am not sure which version this started but with the current version of vMix 27.0.0.81 during a live production vMix crashed, and either a reboot or restarted vMix it was up and running again for about an hour or so. I have just this discovered now what is the cause via watching ram usage of vMix from Task Manager slowly increasing. Any suggestions please on how to fix this? thanks Paul
After further investigation it appears that UVC HDMI (Hagibis) input is the problem. If I remove this input the memory usage stops. I have used this device in the past without an issue.
I have just tried another model of a UVC device made by Hagibis and it works fine with no memory increasing issue. Also, I tested the original UVC device on another vMix laptop 27.0.0.76 and it has the same memory increasing issue. So why is this UVC device now giving issues and in older versions (not sure when) of vMix it worked fine?

No one will answer this question. The point is, version 27 is using more CPU and GPU.

The error noted in the original post use due to a faulty USB capture device, that is not supported by vMix. Please keep responses on topic. There are no known issues with memory in vMix 27, and I would suggest you contact vMix support directly regarding any issues along those lines so we can diagnose further. https://www.vmix.com/contact-us.aspx
