I run a pretty simple one camera in house sports production. Our camera is recording at 59.94i and I want to export the replay clips at that same frame rate. I use the clips for fun highlight reel montages and like to do speed ramps going from full speed to half speed. However they are only exporting at 29.94fps, so slowing down those clips is not as smooth as it used to be. Last season we were recording at 720p 59fps, but the master frame rate for the production was 29.94fps, and all the clips were exporting at a clean 59.94 fps.

Anyways to recap, my replay clips are exporting at 29.94 fps and I want want them to export at 59.94, which is that same frame rate as our camera.

Thanks.

Just wanted to share an update.

I didn't give up, and here is what worked for me:

Master Preset Settings: 1920x1080 at 29.97p

Camera Output Settings: 1920x1080 at 59.94p

vMix Camera Input Settings: Blackmagic Mini Recorder HDMI IN 1920x1080 at 59.94i *(Blackmagic card HAS to be set to interlaced)

BUT HERE IS THE KICKER

UNCHECK the 'Interlaced' Box to force a progressive input.

After that, the clips recorded and exported in 59.94 FPS.

I hope that helps!
