Not all cameras support a specific protocol that vMix is compatible with. With NDI there is a standard that manufacturers adopt. Now there is the NDI protocol missing for PTZ selection. With NDI STudio Monitor I get control once there is a NDI signal. With vMix the cam has to support one of the given choices but if it wasn't designed for this you can't control.
Please add NDI into the selection.
