I just bought the TASCAM Mixcast 4 sound interface and I can't import the four audio channels independently into VMIX.
Has anyone been able to import independent audio channels with this TASCAM model?

Thank you. Hello. Are you able to see indepedent audio channels in your pc in any other daw program? Maybe im wrong i searched this device in the net and i see that it supports "14in/2out USB audio interface" so my thought is that it cannot support from usb port all the audio channel as out. I see some other usb mixer/sound cards that say for example 4in/4out and via their drivers or asio4all drivers support what you say. In the manual https://www.tascam.eu/en...oads/current/Mixcast%2B4 i dont see indepedent audio channels in usb port. You can try to see if their site has a driver that enables this feature or try the more generic asio4all drivers to see if it works

I am using the Behringer Euphoria 404HD sound interface with VMIX and it perfectly inserts each one of the 4 channels. This Tascam model has blocked my VMIX twice. I have requested a refund from Amazon.

The Reference Manual for the Tascam Mixcast 4 unit has the following:-
Data output by USB
Data output from this unit will be input to the computer, smartphone or tablet with the following channel order.
For Windows OS, Mac OS, iOS and iPadOS
Channels 1/2 - Stereo mix
Channels 3/4/5/6 - MIC INPUT 1-4 input signals
Channels 7/8 - USB input signals
Channels 9/10 - LINE IN L/R or LINE IN (TRRS) input signals
Channels 11/12 - Bluetooth input signals
Channels 13/14 - Sound pad playback sounds

That's why I'm asking if anyone has been able to import the audio channels separately from the Tascam Misxcast 4. I haven't been able to.
Any other brand or model that separates channels so that vmix recognizes them independently?
