Over the past few Sundays (we use vMix for church services) we have experience pixelation and frozen video feed during usage. I've been using this program for a few years but haven't experienced this problem before. I was hoping that there might have been an update I should install but haven't had to do much technical support and I'm not sure where to go.

Unfortunately, we are almost on Easter Weekend which is a big deal for church use and I'm not sure where to turn. any suggestions?
