Two requests, first would be to be able to control the group layers from GT Title in vMix or through scripts. The second would be to be able to have effects made available for GT Title Layers (ie: Opacity, Crop etc.) AND have those be controlled by scripts as well.
Our use case: We have four full screen graphics that are built into one GT Title input. We have a script that will change the graphic showing on the input based on what our data source calls for (ie: List, Stats, Schedule, Etc.).
To make the graphic work, our script has to fade each individual element's opacity (via color) in and out to create the illusion of a crossfade, if we have graphics up back to back. Having the ability to control the group layers AND control their opacity from the "effects" tab, through scripting. Would make this much easier to control and open up many creative solutions for condensing GT Title inputs on an active vMix instance.

Check the Page Options in GT titles which can be controlled with a script or shortcuts

Check the Page Options in GT titles which can be controlled with a script or shortcuts Correct me if I'm wrong but page animations would not allow the same flexibility. First, page animations always start on the first page when you put it in program. This would require selecting the page after you have the input live which would not be useful in our case. Second, page animations are not useful for fading between the two completely separate pages in my experience. They're great for adding on to an existing graphic (like a list), or when a previous page is completely covered by an existing one, but not for what we're looking for. There is the "Hidden" animation setting but that is essentially a toggle and has no fade function. Regardless of my use case, being able to control group layers from GT Title and enabling them to have effects that are controllable would be advantageous to many people

lots depends on the design and the order of the layer/pages/indevidual items. one can have everything invisible on starting the title, select the page visibility by trigger/script Quote: Second, page animations are not useful for fading between the two completely separate pages in my experience. hmm, isnt there complete flexibility in what element/layer you control within a page without the need for a complete coverage? Its also not only adding that is posssible , also removing (inverse fade) for fading (or other animations) layers are possible instead of each element separate Quote: Regardless of my use case, being able to control group layers from GT Title and enabling them to have effects that are controllable would be advantageous to many people
would be nice to see an example of what one want to achieve
