Checking the signals on Outputs 2-4 is alway a bit tricky and easily misleading in a live situation. It is great that the main program window can be switched to show Output signals by using the cog icon in the main program window top. However, there is no clear indicator, that the main program window shows currently some other signal. If you are distracted as an operator, you fade in another item from preview and nothing changes in the program window. This can create some irritation.

I suggest to have a text indicator in the top bar of the program window stating (PGM/Output 2 / Output 3 / Output 4), This would help a lot.
