Yep, same thing here. the last update also wiped out all my MIDI scripting so my mixer is relying on operator remembering to mute and unmute. Thanks vMix!

Actually, last night for our Ash Wednesday service, I couldn't do my normal Livestreaming to either Facebook or YouTube. At first, I couldn't see/select the scheduled streams for either platform. I went to YouTube and deleted and recreated the scheduled stream, logged out of YouTube in vMix and set it all up again, and then the scheduled stream showed up as usual. But when I started the stream in vMix, it ran for about 3 minutes and then a popup came up and said, "Your stream completed successfully" or something like that and stopped the stream.
The ONLY way I could get either YouTube or Facebook to stream was to do a new stream through vMix to my personal page at Facebook (not to my church's page), and to create a new stream for YouTube. But even after this, the YouTube stream stopped after a few minutes and only Facebook worked.
I'm not 100% sure if this was all on account of the latest vMix update (which I installed earlier on the same day) as we had some strange internet issues as well (our phone system crashed, and there was a few minutes where I couldn't get onto to certain websites). But when all my scripting vanished after this update...I have about 20 scripts I have to rewrite now.

Hi all, There appears to be an issue on Facebook's side again where they do not list all the pages available under an account. In the mean time you an always stream manually to Facebook: https://www.vmix.com/kno...tream-key-or-custom-rtmp(We recommend the Facebook Stream Key where possible, as unfortunately the Facebook API has been prone to bugs and issues lately which are not just limited to vMix) stpauslmilaca, in regards to the missing scripts issue you are best to reach out to support as vMix 27 automatically migrates all settings from 26. https://www.vmix.com/contact-us.aspxThere is no known issues with YouTube, so it may have been a temporary YouTube glitch on your account and/or internet issues. Regards, Martin vMix

Thanks Martin, we know it's not vMix. Facebook is a pain. Martin any ideas how we can get the comments to vMix Social using the stream key?

Same here. My "first" page, I normally use, is not shown. But all other I don`t want to use. It`s a pitty.
edit: And with vMix Social it is the same: Not my Main page shows up. Only other Facebook Pages I don`t want to use. Yes, I checked the Rights for vMix an vMix Social. They have the rights do to the streaming and vMix has the rights for Facebook too.

The list of pages retrieved via the Facebook API also contains the security token necessary to retrieve comments for vMix Social. So we don't have any way to access those missing pages until they resolve the issue.

We are having this problem again.. This is so frustrating. I feel so out of control. My other solution no longer works. We are just at a loss at fixing this. I want to drop vmix as our streaming provider.

I want to drop vmix as our streaming provider. You can't hold vMix responsible for this; it's entirely due to Facebook. It appears that using your Facebook page for business purposes leads to the issues previously mentioned. However, if you have a standard page, it should work without problems. Having said that, I've just checked, and my page is now appearing in the dropdown menu now.

Hi all, vMix and vMix Social should now show the missing pages again! If it does not, reset the security settings as per: https://www.vmix.com/kno...cebook-security-settingsFor those that are curious, Facebook made changes to the permissions required to list certain pages without warning. Facebook did not advise us of these changes, we had to find out ourselves from the developer community and then quickly scramble to try and request those permissions needed through the Facebook app review process. A bunch of other app developers are also in the same boat and we were just lucky that vMix was approved quickly. Regards, Martin vMix

Yeah, it probably is the fault of Facebook haha! We use vmix to stream church services to Facebook. Oh well, we found a work around.
