When I move from One Input with Border Layer ON to another input with same Border Layer OFF, the new transition looks messy. The Best option in my use case is only to activate the border animation if BOTH inputs have border ON.
If one Layer has Border On, and transition to Border off (or the reverse) the vMix 26 behavior was correct. The border should Fade In (or Out) the way it did before.

It would also be acceptable to have an option (checkbox maybe) to disable new border animation in a particular Input.
