Hi,
I'm new to vMix and using it at my church along with Zoom and sharing the vMix screen. We have 2 PTZ cameras and I mainly use the Center camera for Production out to Zoom. I didn't screen shot the image from my church computer so I just used the vMix tutorial from Youtube. When I go to full screen or click the icon screen of the main camera; the outlines of the 4 background screens appear and this is what the Zoom Congregation sees. It does not affect the recording because the only thing showing is the full screen of the pulpit, Pastor and choir stand which is good. I've tried everything and played with the Zoom function in the vMix menu and it kind of good rid of the side checkerboards but still did not solve the problem. Is there something else I need to do to just show the main screen without the background of the screens on the side? thx much.
