I all
i have some problem with quality with my vMixcall
quality of the signal is not good from phone to headend.
i use 4G signal normal not a direct link with e private addre to the headend.

vMixcall is using webRTC. In a out of the field supporter stream I would recommend testing SRT. The advantage is that SRT adds more reliability on the other hand you have to open a port in the studio.

Larix Broadcaster app is worth a try from the mobile phone into the studio.

The problem i see that i need a dns . a public adress. and where we are the public addres is very expensive.

This is most likely for free. The service is called dynamic DNS and a lot of CPE equipment does support this. Once that is setup just forward a UDP port to your production machine.

unfortunaltly here in Gabon Africa is 380 euros / month to have a private DNS

You don't need a private DNS. I agree, a private DNS will come at a cost. What you need is a dynamic DNS service like dyndns.com (there are free versions available as well). What it does is that it sends the dynamic IP address of your CPE equipment to the dynamic service. The service on the other hand provides you with a cname in form of [yourChoice].[dyndns-service].[tld]. Let's say it's gabon.dyndns.com. Once you resolve that name it should point always to your dynamic IP address and thus you can use the cname instead of your IP. The cname will be static.
