API shortcut for set Stream destination and set recording location dialogue boxes - To improve self-serve studios

I'm trying to make as much of a self-serve studio as I can. I've got a 3-PTZ-camera setup on the books, with automixed audio and everything tied into a user-tested Streamdeck.

Pretty much what I'm missing is a shortcut for them to copy-paste an RTMP URL from Vimeo into and to set a recording folder for their recordings. The settings boxes for these things are not available as shortcuts, except to directly paste a stored variable in them. This would be great if I wanted to broadcast to a static RTMP link or always record to the same folder, but we're using separate links for each event.
