I recently picked up 3 PTZOptics PT30xSE-GY-G3 cameras and a PTZOptics Superjoy controller. I was using OBS but find vMix is much easier for me so I switched.
I am using them over IP and linking them up with a GS108PP Netgear switch (probably overkill but I wanted something that can be abused). Everything is over Cat6 cable. They all have different IP addresses.
When I go into vMix to add the cameras as inputs, they all show under NDI and not under the camera section. From what I know they are not NDI and if I wanted I can upgrade them to NDI but I dont need all of the extra features. It prompts me to go to "ndi.link/ndihx" but when im there is just looks like an informational page.
I am new to PTZ cameras. These are for our temple where I run the audio and other vusial so I can get a little geeky if needed. In OBS, they showed up no problem. What can I do?

You can ingest via NDI HX but if that comes with a license there are free options available. Use MJPEG, RTMP, RTSP, or SRT instead and enjoy the signal.

The camera section in vMix is exclusively for hardware inputs (such as a DeckLink SDI card). The PTZ optics cameras always output NDI even without a license. When you don't have a license it displays an image telling you that it supports NDI HX.
Your best course of action would be to run coax for SDI and purchase a DeckLink card. This is the lowest latency, least taxing for the CPU, and the best image quality.
In OBS you must have been using a different protocol as @mavik has suggested. These are also your only options if you don't want to spend any more money.

These cameras will connect to vMix as a Stream Input. I believe the stream address is RTSP://<IP Address>/1
You can reduce the buffer to reduce the camera's video latency, but if you reduce it too much you'll drop frames. On some systems I've used I've had to increase the buffer to 400ms+ to get a smooth video. You can then delay the audio to match.
