Hello everybody

I'm having some difficulty understanding why I can't get 60 frames per second.
My computer has:
32GB of RAM
Nvidia RTX3060 GPU
Ryzen 7 2700x processor
Camlink Pro capture card

I have a Sony A6400 in NTSC running at 60 frames, my vmix 60p on the output, recorded at 60p , my camera input is at 60p my shutter speed are at 1/125 , and my output its like 30 frames per second.

Even the ticket doesn't work smooth.

I haved recorded a video and put it at youtube on this link

Does anyone have any idea how I can resolve this?

Thank you all

Look at the Settings for your Record and Stream. Your input is 60fps but your output may still be set to 30fps.

Going through the video frame by frame (pause it then press . and , on YouTube) shows the ticker is running at 60p but the camera at 30p.

So it seems likely vMix is running at 60p, recording settings are right for 60p but the camera, or capture card, are set to 30p.

Go to the settings of the camera input and on the general tab it will show what frame rate vMix is receiving. If it is 30p then the problem is before there - if it says 60p it could still be before that point.

As a first step I would remove the input and recreate it, making sure you select 60p -

I haven't used the Camlink Pro, maybe it comes with some software that will show what video signal it is receiving which would help you narrow it down.

Your camera might be set to interlaced mode and not progressive scan. Make sure the recording setting in the camera is set to something with "p" in the name, such as 1080p60, and not with an "i" in the name, such as "1920x1080 60i"
