Yes - what do you need to know?

It acts as a standard Windows imaging device, so works in any app that is designed to include support for Webcams, etc, including Skype, FMLE and vMix. It supports standard broadcast video resolutions (SD 720x480, 720x576, and HD 1280x720, 1920x1080) at frame rates up to 60p. Unlike the HDMI version, it doesn't support (non-broadcast) PC video resolutions like 1366x768 or 1600x900. It also supports embedded stereo audio (ie. Channels 1 & 2) via the SDI input, which appears as a standard Windows stereo audio recording device.

I have three, and is very satisfied with this (Magewell) particular USB device. You can use multiple dongles on one PC, given that the USB3 bus bandwith suffice.

(Sidenote:I have issues with the Magewell XI200XUSB which seems to be incompatible with many USB3 controllers, giving very reduced framerate).
