Hello, I have a new Alienware notebook that I want to use occasionally for vMix in addition to my desktop: Alienware M18 R1, i9-13980HX, RTX™ 4080.
I can enable Resizable BAR in the BIOS. However, no entry appears in the NVIDA system info. GPU-Z shows that it is active and in the driver resources it shows Large memory area. Is it active or not? Dell support says that ReBAR does not work on the Alienware M18 R1... which I would find a bit shameful.
How can I find out that vMix works with ReBAR?
I am grateful for all hints.

Your GPU BIOS needs to support it as well. Unfortunately Dell hasn't seemed to care that much at enabling it on their cards. There have been some people who have modified their GPU's BIOS but I'm not sure how well that would work on a notebook.
(Even Dell's dedicated GPUs don't. I run my machine on an A6000 and don't get Resizable BAR.)

but doesn't GPU-Z read all the information from the graphics card? Also the BIOS?
