Would be really helpful to have a hand raise feature in vMix Call so it is easy to tell when someone would like to speak amongst multiple guests.

The chat feature works sure, but not so easy at times for the host to see while multitasking.

The hand raise feature could be in the form of a hand or light on their input window, but would be best excluded from being broadcast.

Basically just looking for an easier way to identify who wants to comment during a live stream when all guests are on screen.

I assume this is a lot of work, but would be a great feature in my view.

One of the best Daily multi guest chat sessions i have seen is where the guests in fact do actually patiently raise their hand

Unfortunately depending on the type of discussions being had, some people might have to hold up their hand for a long time.
If they drop their hand to rest, it can be difficult for the host to remember who had their hand up amongst multiple guests.

The Host can also easily get caught up concentrating on the discussion.

Getting a better host is not an option sorry as he is the boss :)

There was a helpful feature added in vMix 23:

https://forums.vmix.com/...x-23-Changelog#post76338
* Added "Enable Notifiation Sounds" checkbox in Settings -> Audio
This currently enables the Windows system defined "New Text Message Notification" sound when new chat messages are received for vMix Call
thanks 1 user thanked dmwkr for this useful post.
