Hi guys, I'm in church trying to stream a Sunday service and I realized to that VMix Social isn't importing Facebook comments after connecting, My team said it happened the previous weekend too.
When I connect and choose the post to get comments for, VMix Social loads the comments already posted and doesn't get newer comments unless I close the software entirely and restart it, select post and it repeats again. We use the live comments feature to keep our online worshippers engaged and connected and it's frustrating. Even the web interface doesn't show recent comments ( for example, if there are 7 comments already before I connect VMix Social, that's the only comments I get even though there has been 53 more comments during the stream). I've been using VMix for 2 Months now and all has been fine, nothing has changed with the PC, I've even checked Firewall, VMix Social logs.
Any Ideas?
