When are doing our live stream to facebook, the video seem to be ahead of the audio.I understand if it was the other way around. Just can't figure what is happening.
The recording of the same stream is dead on.

Use your audio delay and keep upping or lowering the time. It is a pain in the derrier and it does take some time. That should fix your issue. The audio delay is located on the external output. Click the gear and in the settings box you will see external output on the left lit. in the bottom center you will see AUDIO DELAY. This is where you adjust your delay. Ours is set at -40. It sounds like you should start at (positive) 50. Just keep lowering or raising this figure depending on how far sync is off. Hope this helps!

Same problem here! The audio is LATER than the video, so delaying audio is not the solution. If you want to help, please read the entry: the recording is spot on! The sound within Vmix is very sync, and if I switch on NDI and I listen to the program feed via NDI it also is sync. Video and audio is everywhere sync, accept for my own platform and a Youtube platform, there the VIDEO is multiple seconds ahead of the audio (with all videosources, like prerecs, live cameras and the vmixcall). The audio is not ahead, so again, delaying audio is not the fix.

I run a RTX3080 videocard.

To test I turned on and off the hardware encoder on the stream, I tried streaming via Mobile Hotspot 4G. Whatever I did, I kept the same problem.

BUT if I turned on External and in OBS I pulled in the program view via Vmix Video, and streamed that, it was sync on the stream (same platforms).
So the problem is only if I stream out via Vmix.

Any thoughts?

The "same problem that is different"?
It is exactly the same problem Davidmay354 posted.

And it is only with my recently bought second VMIX machine, not with the one I use everyday of course, the backup set, so to say.
In my 10 years video and livestreaming this problem is new.

I guess it has something to do with settings of the videocard (on which I updated the drivers), that is not my field of expertise.

If someone has a constructive comment, I am looking forward to it.

That I have over 10 years of experience and I bought a second Vmix set, is important additional information??

Have you any on topic reaction/ advice at all or are you only on this forum to heckle with useless remarks? In the last case there are much more usefull ways for you to waste our time...

We encoutered the same problem.

Solution, when this happens, we add a seperate audio channel from the same capture device but only as a audio input. Turn off the audio on the video channel and turn on the audio on the audio input. Basically, instead of one input that has video and audio together you have two seperate but that fised theproblem for us for now.
