Hello and welcome! I have a problem with connecting Elgato CamLink 4k to vMix on HD license. I've already tried changing the resolution of the laptop and the camera connected to CamLink forcing the resolution to 1920x1080, but it didn't help. Has anyone managed to solve this problem? Alternatively, can you recommend any other HDMI grabber that will work with this license?

If you intend to acquire a 4K resolution I think you need to necessarily make an upgrade of the license, VMIX HD supports up to 1920x1080

@ bartolomeo
If your camera supports 1080p output or lower, then the Elgato CamLink 4K will work with vMix HD, you cannot otherwise "force" a capture device to use the resolution you want, it will only capture and send to vMix what the camera is actually sending.
