This is caused by BitDefender interfering with the system, please remove it as the built in Windows Defender is sufficient for anti virus.

I have never had an issue with Bitdefender. How can you find out its related with Bitdefender just out of curiosity

You thought that you've never had a problem with Bitdefender but since this IS a problem with Bitdefender that's not true any more. I would guess they looked at what they were doing at the point the dump showed they were executing and then looked up reasons other people have had with doing that and Bitdefender was implicated. They may have exhaustingly traced it down in the failing system if they had easy and complete access to it but most of the time someone else had also stumbled across the same problem and noted it.

The fact that they identified it as a problem in Bitdefender based on the small amount of information you gave them is a pretty good clue that they know that problem well.
