Send channel name to x-touch display

I am using an x-touch controller to manage audio levels
i would like to use the small LCD displays to write the channel names, but i can't find a way
does someone have a suggestion? Thank you very much

I don't know the x-touch good enough to provide detailed steps but please have a look at touchOSC, I can imagie running as bridge between them.
