I'm getting aliased images, especially text from vMix 4k version on a 2022 Legion 7i laptop with a nVidia 3080ti card, a 12900hx CPU and 32 GB of RAM. Laptop is in nVida GPU only mode. I've tested 3 different 4K 'movies' including two I created in After Effects. When played back from the VLan player they look great, they just look aliased from vMix. I checked the knowledge base about my nVidia settings, i.e. 'Application Controlled Anti-aliasing etc. and it's all set properly there. And vM ix Render Time 0-1ms, GPU Mem at 24%, CPU at 1%. Any ideas why vMix is outputting aliased images as compared to vLan? see Attached: vMix 4k Text.png (35kb) downloaded 1 time(s). vLan 4k Text.png (97kb) downloaded 1 time(s).

FWIW, all the movies played were 3840x2160, no re-scaling involved.

After posting here and on Reddit with no success, I went to vMix Tech Support and got the solution from Ben Tulp who directed me to the knowledge base. Here's the link: https://www.vmix.com/kno...-display-support-in-vmixAs a teaser it involves: 1. Right click the shortcut to vMix and click Properties. 2. Under the Compatibility tab click Change high dpi settings. 3. Down the bottom under "High DPI scaling override" tick the box and select "Application" from the downdown box. It SOLVED the problem, yeah!
