Hi,

I tried to use my shuttle pro v2 with instant replay for my next live but I got issues.

The controller seems to be half-recognized by vmix. When I start the record in instant replay using the software button or a shortcut (she is detected using the find function in shotcuts but not in the midi devices) on my shuttle, the shuttle stop to work with vmix.

It's like the shuttle is disconnected.

I tried to make updates on vmix, driver, windows... I restarted my computer and vmix many times nothing is a solution !

I also tried to change the usb port on my computer, i checked the cable of the shuttle...

Hi,

I finally found a temporary fix : when vmix is started and preset loaded with the shuttle connected, I close the instant replay input.
Then, I add a new instant replay input. Fortunately, the settings are kept in the operation. Now, the shuttle work.

Yes, the problem was new, she worked properly on another computer but with the same setup.

And yes, I had loaded the vMix shortcut template.
