By using NTP server and inserting SEI timecode metadata into outgoing SRT live streams.

The metadata can be used on the receiving end to synchronize different SRT streams for REMI broadcasts.

Crucial feature to have to be able to sync cameras/sources in remote multi-cam broadcasts.
