Central Control won't read vMix

I'm stumped. I've seen and heard great things about Central Control IO and I want it to run the Behringer X-Touch One I have plugged in to my vMix machine to run replay. Despite me putting in 'localhost' to the IP, I can't get vMix to read in Central Control. When I put it in and kick it on, it thinks for a moment and then switches the input back off - it doesn't read vMix at all, which means I can't work on programming the Behringer properly (unless I dive into the programming in vMix itself, which seems quite daunting). More worrying is that I'm not getting any error codes - or logs at all - when this happens. If I put in a deliberately wrong IP address, or even my machine's self-generated 255.255.255.0 code, it spits out an error code about TCP. What am I doing wrong? Best to contact Joe at Central Control. He can pinpoint the issue in milliseconds!
Best wishes.
