Hi,

We had a problem during our last livestream with VMIX. During the livestream, all inputs went to black except for one (the main camera, a PTZ). The issue seems to be on the VMIX side of things as they were still working independantly of each other. Once the livestream was done, we restarted VMIX and all inputs were now working fine. Does anyone know why this happened?

This cannot become a regular occurrence as we need all inputs working. This was on Windows 11 with the 4k version and we’ve never had this issue in the past. There was no special pop up about an error.

What was your input type? NDI, Decklink card, etc?

Then it sounds like a network issue. You can use FEIM option of the NDI inputs.
